What is happening?

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 47) 
(VARIOUS STREETS, MELTON) ORDER 2024

1. East Riding of Yorkshire Council proposes to make a Road Traffc Regulation Order to amend The East Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order 2021 the effect of which will be:
(a) To introduce No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on parts of Wyke Way, Melton
(b) To introduce a No Stopping Clearway on the Eastbound carriageway of Monks Way West and Monks Way East, Melton
(c) To introduce a No Waiting at Any Time by goods vehicles over 7.5 Tonnes gross weight zone on Brickyard Lane, Main Road and Melton Fields, Melton
The proposed changes are shown on Plan Tile References FA104A, FA105A, FB103A, FB104A and FB105A which are attached to the proposed Order. Annotated illustrative drawings are also available for inspection with references TP120/1200/01 and TP120/1200/02A which show for ease of reference the proposed amendments. If the Order becomes operative Plan Tile References FA104A, FA105A, FB103A, FB104A and FB105A will be incorporated into The East Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order 2021 to replace the existing Plan Tile References FA104, FA105, FB103, FB104 and FB105.
2. A copy of the draft Order, annotated illustrative drawing and a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order are available for inspection at Brough Customer Service Centre, Petuaria Centre, Centurion Way, Brough, HU15 1AY. A copy of the street notice and annotated illustrative drawing have been placed on the council’s website (East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Traffc Management & Road Safety). 3.Objections to the proposed Order, stating the grounds for objection, should be emailed to mike.goodison@eastriding.gov.uk or sent in writing to Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Directorate of Corporate Resources (MG/83205), County Hall, Beverley by 14 March 2024.
