What is happening?

UPPER PARK ROAD N11 & PALMERS ROAD N11 - TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential Highway works on Upper Park Road N11 & Palmers Road N11, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Upper Park Road N11 & Palmers Road N11) (No.1) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2024 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily restrict waiting & loading, as and when directed by traffic signs, and as detailed in the streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services' vehicles.

4. The prohibitions will operate on a phased basis as detailed in the Schedule to this notice, or until the works are completed.

Part of Street to be Restricted

Upper Park Road N11

Waiting & Loading Restrictions - all parking bays on the south of Upper Park Road at the junction with Palmers Road N11.

Upper Park Road N11

Waiting & Loading Restrictions - 30 metres north of Upper Park Road on both sides of the carriageway.

Upper Park Road N11

Waiting & Loading Restrictions - 6 bays outside Cedar Court, Upper Park Road N11.

Palmers Road N11

Waiting & Loading Restrictions - 3 parking bays on Palmers Road opposite junction with Upper Park Road N11.

Coming into Operation

24 February 2024 for 18 days or until works are completed.
