Order made: To close that part of U54247 Foley Road from its junction with U54249 Vernon Park Road to its junction with U54248 Claverham Close.
Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U54249 Vernon Park Road, B4206 Malvern Road, U54247 Foley Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days (24hrs). Commencing: 26 February 2024.
(B4196 Shrawley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4196 Shrawley from its junction with U64208 Shrawley to its junction with U64224 New Inn Lane.
Reason: Overhead works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4196 Shrawley, B4196 Holt Heath, A443 Witley Road, A443 Little Witley, A443 Worcester Road, B4197 Great Witley, A451 Yarhampton, A451 Dunley, A451 Dunley Road, B4196 Areley Common, B4196 Astley, and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F50490 Sansome Mews from its junction with C2294 Sansome Walk to its junction with Surman Street (NSG ref 45001046).
Reason: Footpath reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Reason: Bridgework inspection by Network Rail.

Order made: To close that part of C2067 Lightwood Lane from its junction with C2066 Broadheath Common
to its junction with A44 Bromyard Road.
Reason: Safe working for overhead Fibre cabling works by Openreach.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U52113 Marlborough Street from its junction with U52111 Canon Street to its junction with A44 London Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U52111 Canon Street, U52115 Foxwell Street, A44 London Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 18 March 2024 and 22 March 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Tudor Way, Worcester) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2024
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the following lengths of road in Worcester:-
Tudor Way:
East side: From a point 13 metres north of its junction with Stainburn Close to a point 37 metres south of its junction with Drake Avenue.
West side: From a point 35 metres north of the centre point of its junction with Stainburn Close to a point 46 metres south of the centre point of its junction with Drake Avenue.
The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on B4196 Shrawley]
On 8 February 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose prohibition waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Shrawley:
B4196 Shrawley - (west side) From its junction with New Inn Lane for a distance of 116m in a northerly direction
and 68m in a southerly direction.
B4196 Shrawley - (east side) From its junction with the lane to Noutards Green for a distance of 111m in a northerly
direction and 85m in a southerly direction.
New Inn Lane (south side) - From its junction with B4196 for a distance of 7m in a westerly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 7 March 2024 and remain in force for a maximum
period of 18 months.
