TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS (VARIOUS PARISHES) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

The reason for the closure is for Gigaclear broadband installation repair and maintenance works.
The said roads are expected to be closed from 23rd February 2024, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required until the works are completed. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF Z5344 BROCKHAMPTON LANE (SWINDON PARISH) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order, under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the Z5344 Brockhampton Lane Road from Hyde Brook to Quat Goose Lane for a distance of approximately 1000 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for Network Rail barrier maintenance works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF C8003 HORTON ROAD (KINGSHOLM AND WOTTON AND BARTON AND TREDWORTH WARDS) GLOUCESTER CITY
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C8003 Horton Road from its junction with Great Western Road to its junction with Millbrook Street at the Horton Road level crossing for a distance of approximately 230 metres.
The reason for the closure is for Network Rail level crossing barrier maintenance works.
The said road is expected to be closed from 23:00hrs on the 27th February 2024 until 05:00hrs on 28th February 2024 only or until the said works have been completed.

The reason for the said closure is for sewer works.
The said road is expected to be closed from 28th February 2024 until 22nd May 2024.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 485009 Banebury Road from its junction with Myrtle Close to its junction with Vetch Close for a distance of approximately 200 metres.
The reason for the closure is for National Grid electricity works.
The said road is expected to be closed from 07:00am on 24th February 2024 until midnight on 25th February 2024 only or until the said works have been completed.

The reason for the closure is for Severn Trent Water infrastructure renewal works.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00hrs on the 26th February 2024 and 17:00hrs on the 27th February 2024 only or until the works have been completed.

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles entering a new bus stop positioned off the main carriageway on the junction of B4063 Cheltenham Road East and Pirton Lane. Local Buses will be allowed to enter the bus stop from the B4063 Cheltenham Road East side but not the Pirton Lane side.
The order affects roads in the Churchdown Ward within the Borough of Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucestershire.
