What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY ORDER
SOUTH PLACE, CHESTERFIELD

WHEN: 9th March 2024 to 10th March 2024.
WHERE: South Place, Chesterfield between its junction with the A619 Markham Road and New Beetwell Street.
REASON: To facilitate water main repair works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A619 Markham Road, West Bars Interchange, West Bars, New Beetwell Street, Chesterfield and vice versa.
The road closure and one way suspension will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
