Kingsley Road, Wild Rose Drive - Multiple Traffic Notices
What is happening?
The North Yorkshire Council, Kingsley Road/ Wild Rose Drive, Harrogate, Prohibition of Right/ Left Turns, Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that on 09/02/24 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1), 2(2) & 3(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding along Kingsley Road & Wild Rose Drive in circumstances detailed in the said Order. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 26/02/24 , together with a map showing the road affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Harrogate Library, Victoria Avenue, Harrogate HG1 1EG during normal office hours from 22/02/24 until 22/03/24 & also viewed online at
www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map & at www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the
grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 09/02/24 make application to the High Court for the purpose. Barry Khan, Assistant Chief Executive, Legal & Democratic Services. 22/02/24
