What is happening?

CITY OF DONCASTER COUNCIL

Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to resurface the carriageway are
undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Doncaster Road, Bambury Bridge
Roundabout, Hill Top Road, Old Road, A630 Sheffield Road,
Low Road and vice versa.

The Proposed Order will continue in force up to and including
the 31st day of March 2024 or until the works which it is
proposed to carry out in or near the said road have been
completed, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE

Location
Doncaster Road A6023, Conisbrough from its junction with
Crags Road to its junction with Station Road.
Dates and Times
08:00hrs 9th March 2024 until 18:00hrs 10th March 2024.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st March 2024.

BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS)

ACT 1991

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length
of Hooton Pagnell Village Streets at Hooton Pagnell in the City
of Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this

notice on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public
and the workforce whilst carriageway resurfacing works
are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that there is no alternative route for
vehicles affected by the Order. Those residents and
businesses directly affected by the works will be notified of
the scheme and access arrangements.

The road will reopen each evening.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st March 2024.

(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018
(AMENDMENT NO.71) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of February 2024
the City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the
4th day of March 2024 will be to introduce a no waiting at any
time restriction on the following lengths of road:-
Church Street, Bentley
North West Side
From a point 53 metres south west of its junction with the

south western kerbline of Piccadilly, for a distance of 34
metres in a south westerly direction.
Church Street, Bentley
South East Side
From a point 75 metres south west of its junction with the
south west kerbline of its junction with Church Street, for a
distance of 24 metres in a south westerly direction.
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods, in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection
and delivery of postal packets or if it is a vehicle being
operated by or on behalf of the South Yorkshire Safety
Camera Partnerships while carrying out roadside monitoring
or enforcement operations. The usual exceptions for disabled
persons vehicles are also included in the Order (PO65)

may be examined at the Council Offices, Civic Office,
Waterdale, Doncaster between 8.45 a.m. and 4.45 p.m.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of
the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act
or of any instrument made under it has not been complied
with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the
21st day of February 2024 apply to the High Court for
this purpose.

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of February 2024
the City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the
4th day of March 2024 will be to introduce a no waiting at any
time restriction on the following lengths of road:
Thorne Road
Northwest Side
(i) From a point 9 metres northeast of its junction with the
northeast kerbline of Auckland Road, for a distance of 80
metres in a north easterly direction.
(ii) From a point 24 metres northeast of its junction with the
northeast kerbline of Avenue Road, for a distance of 40
metres in a north easterly direction
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods, in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection
