NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding or
waiting in that length of High Meadow at Bawtry in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works for provision of new carriageway
surfacing (micro asphalt) including prepatching and
subsequent road markings are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that there is no alternative route for
vehicles affected by the Order. Those residents and
businesses directly affected by the works are to be notified of
the scheme to include access arrangements.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.

The works will take place on a maximum of five occasions
between the dates shown above, with each occasion lasting
no longer than 3 days. The road will open each evening.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st March 2024
CARR HILL BALBY DONCASTER
PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN MANOEUVRE
TEMPORARY ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from making the right turn
manoeuvre from Carr Hill at Balby in the City of Doncaster
District as described in the Schedule to this notice on the
