DEFINITIVE MAP REVIEW OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY PARISH OF CHARDSTOCK SCHEDULE 14 APPLICATION INFORMAL CONSULTATION

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of public rights of way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, regraded, amended or deleted.

Your views and any relevant evidence are sought on the following proposal for modifying the Definitive Map for Chardstock.

The Definitive Map and Statement is a legal record of public rights of way. There are four categories: Footpath, Bridleway, Restricted Byway and Byway Open to All Traffic.
