SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
( Hicks Avenue, Maybole)
(Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 15th February 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Footway Resurfacing.
Temporary Road Closure – Hicks Avenue, Maybole, For 380 metres (including culs-de-sacs).
No Waiting At Any Time - Hicks Avenue, Maybole, For 380 metres (including culs-de-sacs)
The Order commences on 11 March 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 11 March 2024 at 08:00 until 29 March 2024 at 17:00
Restrictions are expected to be in place between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with the road being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected.
Access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained when possible and safe to do so.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
( Sidehead Terrace,South of Kilmarnock)
(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 15th February 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Water Works
Temporary Road Closure – Sidehead Terrace, South of Kilmarnock , From 18 Sidehead Terrace to 26 Sidehead Terrace.
The Order commences on 06 March 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 March 2024 at 09:30 with the closure remaining in place until 15 March 2024 at 23:59.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained when safe to do so.
An alternative route - N/A.
EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Springwell Place, High Street, Stewarton)
(Temporary Road Closure and Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 20th February 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Water Repairs
Road Closure – Springwell Place.
For 140m Springwell Place from High Street Junction to 15 Springwell Place.
No Waiting At Any Time – High Street
For 125m on High Street from No.32 High Street to No.66 High Street.
For 100m on High Street from No.101 High Street to Springwell Place Junction.
For 40m on High Street from No.63 High Street to No.55 High Street.
For 30m on High Street from Dunlop Street Junction to No.66m High Street.
The Order commences on 11 March 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 11 March 2024 at 09:00 until 01 April 2024 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.
An alternative route is Main Street > Vennel Street > Bridgend > End and Vice Versa.
