THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (WEST DRAYTON PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) WD ZONES ORDER 2024
Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Establish permit holder parking places in Redmead Road, Hayes (operational ‘9am to 10pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HY7 permit.
3. Establish a shared use Zone HY7 permit holder or pay & display parking place outside Nos. 1 to 11 Redmead Road, Hayes (operational ‘9am to 10pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HY7 permit or is subject to the pay and display charges shown below.
4. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘9am to 10pm’ in sections of Redmead Road, Hayes.
5. Establish permit holder parking places in the layby outside Nos.155 to 171 Coldharbour, Hayes (operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HY8 permit.
6. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ in the layby outside Nos.169 and 171 Coldharbour, Hayes.
7. Extend the operational times of the West Drayton Parking Management Scheme in Lantern Way and Warwick Road, West Drayton to ‘9am to 10pm everyday’.

Copies of the notice of proposals, proposed Orders together with full details, plans and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposals can be sent upon request or viewed online at https://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/improvement-schemes until 13th March 2024. If you wish to comment on, or object to the proposals please write or email by 13th March 2024, stating grounds for objection and your home address to Transport & Projects, 3N/04 Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1UW quoting reference 3N/04/21/02/24.

SCHEDULE – PROPOSED
‘AT ANY TIME’ WAITING RESTRICTIONS
COLDHARBOUR LANE, HAYES – Within sections of the layby outside Nos. 155 to 171 Coldharbour Lane.
REDMEAD ROAD, HAYES
i) Convert 10 metres of existing waiting restrictions from the junction with Dawley Road to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.
ii) At the junction with Copthorne Mews.
COPTHORNE MEWS, HAYES – At the junction with Redmead Road.
