PUBLIC NOTICE
LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
The Bromley (Prescribed Route) (No. 1) (Road Closure) Order 2024.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 14th February 2024 made the above-mentioned Order under Section 6 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 22nd February 2024.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles (except pedal cycles and Network Rail service vehicles) from proceeding in Clarence Road, Bickley between the northern boundary of No. 62 Clarence Road and the common boundary of Nos. 85 & 87 Clarence Road.
Copies of the Order may be inspected by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
