Road Closure – Bubb Lane, West End, Eastleigh
Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
Road To Be Closed: that part of Bubb Lane between its junction with a point adjacent to Berrywood Cottages and its junction with a point approximately 370 meters heading eastbound along Bubb Lane.
Alternative Route: Tollbar Way, Botley Road, Moorgreen Road
Duration Of Order: from 4th March 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day, working between the hours 09:30-15:30).
The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Sunbelt Rentals Ltd to carry out a pole test.
Sunbelt Rentals Ltd will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
