THE LEICESTER (WOLSEY ISLAND WAY) (TEMPORARY) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicester City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be, for the following anticipated period of time to:
Prohibit the movement of all vehicles on Wolsey Island Way between a point 25 metres north-east of its junction with Corbridge Close and with its north-eastern extremity from 7.30am on Monday 26th February 2024 until 4.30pm on Sunday 10th March 2024.
This order is necessary to facilitate site entrance construction works taking place and to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public.
This Order will come into effect on the 26th February 2024 and will continue in force for up to 18 months, or until the order is no longer deemed necessary, whichever is the earlier.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
