ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Bridge Way, Twickenham.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water connection works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Bridge Way, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Bridge Way, Twickenham from the junction with Percy Road to outside number 2a Bridge Way.
3. The order will come into effect on 27 February 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 27 February to 03 March 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via High Street, Redway Drive, and Cypress Avenue and vice versa
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes..
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Colne Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Colne Road, Twickenham from a point outside number 174 Colne Road to a point outside No. 178 Colne Road, Twickenham.
3. The order will come into effect on 26 February 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 26 February 2024 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Staines Road, Meadway, Andover Road, Mereway Road or The Green and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Strawberry Hill Road, Twickenham from outside from a point outside No. 25 Strawberry Hill Road to a point outside No. 27 Strawberry Hill Road, Twickenham.
3. The order will come into effect on 29 February 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30-15.30 on 29 February 2024 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Waldegrave Road, Waldegrave Gardens, and Tower Road or Waldergrave Road, Shacklegate Lane, Stanley Road, South Road, Hampton Road, and Wellesley Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Atbara Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Atbara Road, Teddington from the junction Kingston Road to the junction with Broom Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 19 February 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times between 19 February and 23 March 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Broom Road, King Edwards Road and Kingston Road, and Kingston Road, St Winifreds Road and Broom Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas disconnection works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Meadlands Drive, Petersham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Meadlands Drive from the end of the double yellow lines outside Numbers 96 to outside Number 88, and on the opposite side of the road from the end of the school keep clear markings opposite number 90 to opposite number 82 Meadlands Drive.
3. The order will come into effect on 19 February 2024. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times from 19 February to 23 February 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The restrictions will operate on a rolling basis.
3. The order will come into effect on 19 February 2024. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 19 February 2024 until 25 July 2024. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
