BANNED RIGHT TURN AND ONE-WAY WORKING BOUNDARIES ROAD AND CHESTNUT GROVE, SW17
* The Wandsworth (Prescribed Routes) (No.1) Order 2024
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth, on 14 February 2024, made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effects of the Order are to introduce the following restrictions:-
(a) no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle proceeding in Chestnut Grove to turn right into Boundaries Road between 7am and 9am and between 3pm and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive;
(b)no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to proceed in Boundaries Road, between its junctions with Balham Park Road and Rowfant Road other than in a direction from north-east to south-west.
The restrictions will not apply to cycles.
3. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the Order, which comes into operation on 19 February 2024, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

PROPOSED BUS LANE - PUTNEY BRIDGE

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth following the agreement of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham purpose to make the above order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce a north bound bus lane on Putney Bridge operating
at all times.
3. Copies of details giving further details to the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO/2023) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE - ALL SAINTS PASSAGE SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in All Saints Passage to facilitate NG Tunnelling NG Tunnelling sewer connection works ("the works").
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along All Saints Passage from the junction with Wandsworth High Street to the junction
of Wandsworth Plain. The one-way restriction will be suspended to maintain access. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 26 February 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 6 March 2024.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in llminster Gardens to facilitate a Crane operation.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed, or wait along llminster Gardens from the junction of Lavender Hill to outside number 15 llminster Gardens. Whilst the said works are taking place the oneway restriction will be suspended to maintain access. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 26 February 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 26 February 2024.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Longley Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works ("the works").
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Longley Road from the junction of Tooting High Street to the junction of Waterfall Terrace. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 29 February 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 1 March 2024.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE - COMYN ROAD SW11
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Comyn Road to facilitate Southern Gas Networks utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Comyn Road from outside number 36 to the junction of Eckstein Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 19 February 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 28 February 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1)
TEMPORARY PARKING SUSPENSIONS SOUTHCROFT ROAD, SW17
1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of a pelican crossing("the works") they intend to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce parking suspension as detailed in Paragraph 2.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Southccroft Road between its junctions with Rural Way and Kettering Street.
3. The Order will come into effect on 26 February 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. The works are expected to take 2 weeks to complete.
4. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b)anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c)any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
