(U63023 Grundys Lane, Malvern Wells) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63023 Grundys Lane from its junction with
Closure 1: A449 Wells Road for distance of 40 metres in a north easterly direction;
Closure 2: U63027 Green Lane from its junction with A449 Wells Road for a distance of 60 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: Utility works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4209 Hanley Road, A449 Wells Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 19 February 2024.
(U63526 Hornyold Avenue, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63526 Hornyold Avenue from its junction with B4503 Newtown Road to its junction with Gibson Drive (NSG ref. 24406798).
Reason: Kerbing and bollard repairs by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4503 Newtown Road, U63527 Hornyold Road, U63526 Hornyold Avenue (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 19 February 2024.
(U60402 Uckinghall Road, Ripple) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U60402 Uckinghall Road from its junction with U60403 Saxons Lode for a distance of 150 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: Overhead Works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U60402 Uckinghall, U60400 Uckinghall, C2213 School Lane, U60402 Uckinghall Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 23 February 2024.

Order made: To close that part of U63527 Hornyold Road from its junction with B4219 Cowleigh Road to its junction with U63532 St Peters Road.
Reason: Utility Works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Reason: New Vehicle Crossing (Dropped Kerb) by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 11 March 2024.
(U63531 Belvoir Bank, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U63531 Belvoir Bank from its junction with B4232 North Malvern Road for a distance of 57 metres until the junction with Link Footpath F60100 North Hill Gardens
Reason: Safe working for Utility Work by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4232 North Malvern Road, B4219 Cowleigh Road, U63531 Belvoir Bank and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 11 March 2024.
(C2021 Dunley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2021 Dunley from its junction with A451 Dunley to its junction with C2071 Netherton Lane.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2071 Netherton Lane, C2071 Abberley, C2276 Abberley, C2276 Dunley, A451 Dunley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 17 February 2024.
(U95207 Broadheath, Hanley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U95207 Broadheath from its junction with B4204 Broadheath to its junction with U95404 Bell Lane.
Reason: Water main works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4219 Cowleigh Park from its junction with C2207 Old Hollow for a distance of 700 metres in a north westerly direction until the boundary with Herefordshire.
Reason: Overhead works for network cabling by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4219 Cowleigh Park, B4219 Cowleigh Road, B4232 North Malvern Road, A449 Worcester Road, B4503 Newtown Road, B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Lower Interfields, A4103 Leigh Sinton, A4103 Dragons Cross to Hereford Road, A4103 Storridge into Herefordshire and vice versa.
