THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (WOODBURN GARDENS, DALKEITH)

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024                                             - TTRO/R 5.4.225

Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate the installation of a 3 phase power supply for an electric vehicle charger, Woodburn Gardens will be closed outside property No. 2. The Order which has a maximum duration of 18 months has effect from 26 February 2024. The work is expected take about 2 weeks to complete. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffi c will be clearly sign posted.

THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (PARKING PLACES FOR DISABLED

MOTORISTS) (VARIATION NO _) ORDER 202_                                                 - TO/R5.3.105

The Council proposes to make a new Order to add further enforceable ‘Disabled’ parking bays to the Order which lists all such bays in Midlothian.

Details may be examined from 15 February to 8 March 2024 at Libraries or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of their objection in writing, quoting reference TO/R5.3.105 and naming the location concerned, to The Legal Services Manager, Midlothian Council, Midlothian House, 40-46 Buccleuch Street, Dalkeith, Midlothian EH22 1DN, or to legal@midlothian.gov.uk, to arrive not later than 8 March 2024.

Representations must be made as described here, even if you have made comment to the applicant prior to the application being made.
