Notice of Intention to make a Vesting Order
A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass (Land At Killyhevlin)
The Department for Infrastructure ("the Department") proposes to make an order vesting certain land In the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993. The Department proposes to acquire the land for the construction of the A4 Southern Bypass Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh. A map of the land may be Inspected, by appointment, during office opening hours at offices of the Department - Castle Barracks, Wellington Place, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, BT74 7HL, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, BT79 7AF and Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 1 0-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GB. An electronic copy may also be obtained by emailing dfiroads.westem@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk. Anyone who wishes to object to the proposed vesting order being made must write to the Divisional Roads Manager, Department for Infrastructure, Roads Western, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh BT79 7AF or e-mail dfiroads.westem@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before the 22nd March 2024, giving their reasons.
