TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - THE DROVEWAY, HOVE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 14 February 2024 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect: -
To be carried out in Phases, in force when signed be carried out in Phases, in force when signed
(a) The temporary closure of The Droveway, Hove as it junctions Shirley Drive from the east, for approximately 20 metres in an easterly direction.
(b) The temporary closure of The Droveway, Hove as it junctions Shirley Drive from the west, for approximately 20 metres in an westerly direction.
2. The Order is necessary to allow the council's contractors to construct new speed tables, anc associated works.
Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a diversion for vehicular traffic will be signed.
3. This Order comes into force on 19 February 2024 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 8 March 2024.
