Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

The City of Peterborough Nene Parkway J32 NB and J33 SB Onslip Roads, Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the roads shown in the schedule below:

The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above roads. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are shown in the schedule. The proposed order will come into force on the 19/02/2024 and will continue until the Clearing of Blockages on BT Network has been completed or until the 18/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place overnight between 19:00hrs and 05:00hrs from the 19/02/2024 to the 21/02/2024. The City of Peterborough Willow Drove, Newborough, Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Willow Drove, Newborough, approximately 350m north of Thorney Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. There is no alternative route for vehicles affected by this order; access will be maintained to affected properties. The proposed order will come into force on the 22/02/2024 and will continue until the installation of strategic pipeline works have been completed or until the 21/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 22/02/2024 and 06/03/2024. The City of Peterborough Thorney Road, Peakirk, Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Thorney Road, Peakirk as lies between points 20 metres either side of Folly Bank Level Crossing. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: B1443 Thorney Rd, Werrington Bridge Rd, Glinton Bypass, B1443 Lincoln Rd, High St, Peakirk Rd, St Pegas Rd and vice versa.The proposed Order will come into force on the 22/02/2024 and will continue until the railway level crossing maintenance works have been completed or until the 21/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place overnight between 22:00hrs and 06:00hrs from the 22/02/2024 to the 23/02/2024. BR2

Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough intends in not less than seven days to make an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

The City of Peterborough South Street, Stanground Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as South Street, Stanground, in one way from Church Street to Whittlesey Road double roundabout, only.

The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via Whittlesey Road. The proposed order will come into force on the 26/02/2024 and will continue until the Trial Hole and Bridge Investigation works have been completed or until the 25/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 09:30 and 15:00 on the 26/02/2024. The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Welland Road, Dogsthorpe, as lies between Furze Ride and A47. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Welland Rd, St Pauls Rd, Fulbridge Rd, A47 and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 23/02/2024 and will continue until the development site access works have been completed or until the 22/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place overnight between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs from the 23/02/2024 to the 24/02/2024. Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough intends in not less than seven days to make an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Thorpe Lea Road, at its junction with Thorpe Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is Thorpe Lea Road, Vermont Grove, The Drive and Vice Versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 26/02/2024 and will continue until the replacement footway box works have been completed or until the 25/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 26/02/2024 and the 28/02/2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26/02/2024 and will continue until the Footpath Widening & Resurfacing Works have been completed or until the 25/08/2024, whichever is the earlier. The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the roads known as Peterborough Road and Marholm Road, Castor, as lies between Mill Lane and A47 on slip. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above roads. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are: Peterborough Road Diversion – Peterborough Road, A47 and vice versa. Marholm Road Diversion – Castor Road, Stamford Road, King Street, Langley Bush Road, Sutton Heath Road, A47 and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 26/02/2024 and will continue until the resurfacing and associated works have been completed or until the 25/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between overnight 20:00hrs to 06:00hrs between 26/02/2024 and 02/03/2024. RC1
