Reason: New/Replacement Water Main by Severn Trent Water.

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F40918 Four Pools Lane from its junction with C2275 Davies Road to its junction with Woodlands (private).
Reason: Footpath reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Four Pools Lane cycle track, Wood End (Private), Woodlands (Private), U44666 Woodlands, C2275 Davies Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days between 22 February
(B4035 Badsey Road, Badsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4035 Badsey Road from its junction with Gloucestershire County boundary to its junction with A46 Evesham Bypass.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing over multiple phases by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A46 Evesham Bypass, A44 Broadway Road, A44 Longdon Hill, A44 Pitchers Hill, A44 Evesham Road, A44 Broadway Bypass, B4632 Leamington Road, Broadway Road (Gloucestershire), Main Street (Gloucestershire), B4632 (Gloucestershire), B4035 Evesham Road (Gloucestershire), B4035 Weston Road (Gloucestershire), B4035 Weston Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 9 March 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath TH-529, Throckmorton) (Temporary Closure Order) 2024
Order made: To close Footpath TH-529, Throckmorton for its entire length.
The Order has been made as a result of various items of waste and vehicles on and has been made as a result of various items of waste and vehicles on and around the path.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: There is no suitable alternative route.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months from 31 January 2024.
