ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Amberton Crescent, Gipton, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (Installation of SW Drain) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Amberton Crescent, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward between its junctions with Amberton Grove and Amberton Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Amberton Grove, Amberton Gardens, Amberton Lane. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order came into operation on Monday 12th February 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for works to replace gas tees, Leeds City Council made an Order on 8 February 2024, the effect of which is:- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Walkers Row and Swincar Avenue, Yeadon, Leeds in the Guiseley & Rawdon Ward and Otley & Yeadon Ward between its junctions with Queensway and Kirk Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Queensway, Haworth Lane, Kirk Lane and vice-versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Saturday 17 February 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Saturday 24 February 2024. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for permanent surfacing and installation of road markings, Leeds City Council made an Order on 8 February 2024, the effect of which is that:- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Elland Road/Ingram Road Distributor (Northbound), Leeds in the Beeston & Holbeck Ward, between its junctions with Wesley Street and Gelderd Road, and 2. Ingram Road Distributor (Southbound), Leeds in the Beeston & Holbeck Ward, between its junctions with Wortley Lane and M621 J2. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available: For closure Northbound traffic via: Wesley Street, Town Street, Old Lane, Ring Road Beeston Park, Dewsbury Road, Ring Road Beeston, Gelderd Road, Whitehall Road, Ingram Road Distributor. For Southbound traffic accessing M621 via: Wortley Lane, Domestic Street, Domestic Road, Gelderd Road, Ring Road Beeston, Dewsbury Road, Old Lane, Town Street, Wesley Street, Elland Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Monday 19th February 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Saturday 23rd March 2024. (Flax Place, Richmond Hill, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Suspension of a section of permit controlled parking bays to enable construction to safely enter and leave site to minimise potential for damage to residential vehicles. Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park along Flax Place, Richmond Hill, Leeds in the Burmantofts Richmond Hill Ward, between its junctions with Mill Street and Richmond Street. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the suspension will be available via: N/A. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for construction works Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park along Mabgate, Sheepscar, Leeds in the Little London Woodhouse Ward between its junctions with Argyle Road and Lincoln Green Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: N/A. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 26th February 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.  The works are expected to be completed by Monday 25th August 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Excavate for cabling works required. Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Bridleway 104 Elmete Lane, Roudhay, Leeds in the Roundhay Ward between its junctions with Winn Moor Lane and Ring Road Shadwell. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Ring Road Shadwell, Bridleway, Winn Moor Lane. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 4th March 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.  The works are expected to be completed by Friday 15th March 2024. (Surface Dressing Programme (Aberford, Leeds)) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (carriageway patching prior to surface dressing), Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Potternewton Lane, Chapel Allerton between its junctions with Stainbeck Road and Scott Hall Road. 2. Spencer Place, Chapeltown between its junctions with Harehills Avenue and Roundhay Road. 3. Buslingthorpe Lane, Chapeltown between its junctions with Meanwood Road to Scott Hall Road. 4. Irwin Approach, Halton between its junctions with Temple Court and Templenewsam Road. Local diversions will be in place and advanced road closure warning signs detailing the days and times of the closure/ restrictions will be placed on the road. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Gas Mains Replacement Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: Shafton Lane, Leeds in the Beeston & Holbeck Ward between its junctions with Domestic Street and Crosby Place. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure for gas main replacement, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be as follows:- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure required for Northern Gas Network works Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Weetwood Lane, Weetwood, Leeds in the Weetwood Ward Between its junctions with Otley Road and Moor Road. (Bridle Path Skelton Lake, Beckside Crescent  and Pontefract Lane, (Garforth and Swillington), Leeds) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for construction works and associated logistics at Bridle Path Skelton Lake. Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No pedestrian shall proceed in the length of footpath as specified: Closure of Bridle Path Skelton Lake, starting at Beckside Crescent and finishing along Pontefract Lane. A diversionary route for pedestrians will be to use the pedestrian footpath around the perimeter of the site. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Friday 16th February 2024 and will remain in force until 1st June 2024 or until the works are completed if earlier. Leeds City Council has today made the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Orders which comes into force on 19th February 2024 is to introduce:

Leeds City Council has today made the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Orders which comes into force on 19th February 2024 is to introduce:

1.  No Waiting at any time on Grass Verges: Belle Isle Road, Belle Isle – both sides – That part of the central island located 10 metres south of its intersection with the extended southern kerb line of Petersfield Avenue in a northerly direction to its junction with the projected southern kerb line of Windmill Road.

2.   No Waiting at any time on sections of: Belle Isle Road, Middleton Road, Orion Drive, Petersfield Avenue, Unnamed Access Road, Windmill Close, Windmill Road, Belle Isle Middleton Park Road, Ring Road Middleton, Middleton
