Devon County Council made this on 7 February to come into force 6 March to introduce in BROADCLYST: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Road from Tower View to Dog Village Cross & Station Road; This was advertised with other restrictions implemented by Devon County Council (East Devon HATOC) (Traffic Regulation) Part 1 Amendment Order 2023 online reference 5933 made on 27 June 2023;
BUDLEIGH SALTERTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Bedlands Lane & East Budleigh Road; The proposals for Boucher Road are not being progressed;
CRANBROOK: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Barn Orchard, Best Park, Copseclose Lane, Crabtree Close, Crannaford Lane, Seven Acres, Three Corner Field, Tillhouse Road, Yonder Acre Way & Younghayes Road;
EXMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Albion Place, Beacon Place, Burntside, Elm Grove, Exeter Road, Louisa Place, Nutbrook, Oldfields, Rivermead Avenue & Victoria Place; No Waiting At Any Time on reduced lengths (from what was advertised) of Hulham Road (proposals at its junction with Bapton Lane are not being progressed), Point Terrace & Trefusis Place; School Entrance Clearway-No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of Withycombe Village Road; The proposals for Bapton Lane, Marley Road & Maer Vale are not being progressed;
FENITON: School Entrance Clearway-No Stopping At Any Time on specified lengths of Station Road;
HONITON: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Streamers Meadows; LYMPSTONE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Church Road, Courtlands Lane, Longbrook Lane, Longmeadow Road, Malt Field, Sowden Lane & Strawberry Hill; Buses Only At Any Time on a specified length of Exmouth Road;
OTTERY ST MARY: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Road from Kings School Cross to Salston Corner;
SEATON: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Harepath Road;
SIDMOUTH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Balfours, Bickwell Valley, Sid Road & Woolbrook Road; The proposals for Higher Fortescue are not being progressed; Proposals for Alfington & Sidbury are not being progressed.

Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
