(Waiting Restrictions) Amendment Order
Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for TOPSHAM: Introduce Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Ferry Road; Introduce Pay and Display (Tariff Topsham A) 9am-5pm (Exemption for Residents Zone T1 Permit Holders) 1 hour £0.60, 2 hours £2.20, 3 hours £3.30, 4 hours £4.40, over 4 hours £5.50 on a specified length of Ferry Road.
EXMOUTH: Introduce Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Camperdown Terrace; New North Road; New Street and Victoria Road; Introduce Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on specified lengths of Salisbury Road; Introduce Residents Parking 8am-8pm Zone B on specified lengths of St Andrews Road; Introduce Residents Parking 8am-8pm Zone C on a specified length of Charles Street; Introduce Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return Within 2 Hours on a specified length of New North Road; Revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time on a specified length of Halsdon Road; Hartopp Road; Rosebery Road; Salisbury Road; Lawn Road and Camperdown Terrace. Residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles band A permits (less than 100g/km) £35 annually, other vehicles bands B-K (101-225g/km) 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £55, 3rd permit £65; bands L-M (226 g/km) 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £65, extra permits £65; virtual visitor permits £30 per issue (200 hours for schemes not operating at all times - allocated in 1 hour sessions), physical 24 hour visitor permits £30 per issue of 30 permits, essential visitor permits £10 annually, business permits annual cost: 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £75, 3rd permit £150; guest house/hotel visitors permit £30 per batch of 20 permits; annual trade permit £45, short stay trade permits £60 per book of 20, daily trade permit £5, weekly trade permit £25; care worker permits are free.
Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods and disabled persons vehicles.
