NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Various Roads Within Macclesfield
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Higher Lane, Kettleshulme and Lyme Handley/Disley – For its full extent.
Heybridge Lane, Prestbury – For its full extent.
Broad Walk, Prestbury – For its full extent.
Buxton Road, North Rode/Bosley/Wincle – For its full extent.
Flash Lane Roundabout, Prestbury – For its full extent.
Flash Lane, Prestbury – For its full extent.
Silk Road, Prestbury – For its full extent.
London Road, Prestbury – For its full extent.
Buxton Road, Disley – For its full extent
For specific dates and diversions please visit one.network.
This order will come into operation on Monday 19 February 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 18 August 2025.
