What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

EDWARD STREET, LOUGHBOROUGH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 04/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water Ltd safely undertake pipe renewal works and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Derby Rd, Grange St, Lisle St & vice versa.

THE CONERIES, CRADOCK STREET, LOUGHBOROUGH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LEFT TURNS ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 05/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 18 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 12 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety due to an unsafe structure, and any other various Utility works also to allow Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Clarence St, Toothill Rd, Bridge St, Fennel St, Baxter Gate & vice versa.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LEFT TURNS
Cradock Street, no left turns out of Cradock St onto The Coneries.
