Wickham Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Surfacing Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - A32 WICKHAM ROAD, FAREHAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED:
that part of A32 Wickham Road between its junction with Delme Roundabout and its junction with Pook Lane.ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
A32 Wickham Road, Delme Roundabout, A27, A3051, A334, A32 Wickham RoadDURATION OF ORDER:
from 26th February 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 5 days, working between the hours 20:00-06:00).The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Millgrove Construction Ltd to carry out final surfacing. Millgrove Construction Ltd will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
