Stoddens Road, Temporary Closure Due To Fire Hydrant Replacement

Temporary Closure of Stoddens Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Stoddens Road - from the junction with Southern Lea Road, westwards for a total distance of 56 metres. This Order will enable Bristol Water to replace a fire hydrant.
The Order becomes effective on 27th February 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 5th March 2024 and last until 7th March 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
