Temporary Closure of School Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along; School Lane - from the junction with Dairs Orchard to the junction with Wellings Close. A total distance of 204 metres.
This Order will enable National Grid to replace poles.
The Order becomes effective on 29th February 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 6th March 2024 and last until 8th March 2024 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 3 days.
