Temporary Closure of Higher Kingsbury
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Higher Kingsbury - from the junction with Wick Road to the junction with West Hill. A total distance of 68 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out works to Install a new 180mm water main.
The Order becomes effective on 29th February 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 4th March 2024 and last until 22nd March 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 19 days.
