What is happening?

BOROUGH OF ROCHDALE
(GINNELL FARM AVENUE AREA, ROCHDALE) PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD HUMPS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 90A(1) of Part V of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers as part of a 20 mph Zone Scheme in the Ginnell Farm Avenue area of the borough, propose to construct road humps in the form of round top road humps of dimensions and at the locations referred to in the Schedule below.

A map showing the locations of the road humps so specified and a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to construct the same may be viewed on the Council’s website www.rochdale.gov.uk/roads, or by phoning Highways on 0300 303 8879 to request a copy by post.

Any objections or representations regarding the proposal, stating the grounds on which they are made, must be made in writing and forwarded to trafficorders@rochdale.gov.uk or, alternatively, to Network Management, Floor 2, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU to reach the Council on or before the 6th March 2024, quoting H60/1402.
