What is happening?
MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s): ORDER NO. MCC000137361919: The City of Manchester (Needham Avenue, Chorlton Park Ward) (Temporary No waiting and No Loading) Order 2024 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to restrict parking on Needham Avenue. The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate the introduction of double yellow lines. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 14th February 2024 to 14th August 2025. The order shall come into operation on 14th February 2024 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If the restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
