ADLER STREET - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets propose to make an order which will prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping or proceeding, the following temporary prohibition: Location: Adler Street between its junction with Whitechapel Road and Commercial Road. Please note: Whitechurch Lane from its junction with Whitechapel Road to Commercial Road will be used as a contingency closure; Reason: To facilitate the safe movement of crowds at a memorial event in Altab All Park; Period: From Tuesday 20th February 2024 to Wednesday 21st February 2024; Alternative Route: For vehicular traffic will be via Fieldgate Street, Plumbers Row, Coke Street, Greenfield Road and Commercial Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16(B) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC

JUBILEE STREET - The Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, hereby give notice that on Monday 5th February 2024 from 06:00 hours until 08:00 hours, pedestrian traffic will be prohibited from entering, stopping or proceeding in the length of footway in Jubilee Street (East Footway) adjacent to George Tavern. The restriction on vehicular traffic will enable the filming to take place on the public highway by Gower Avenue Films Ltd. Access will be provided for Police, Fire Service and Ambulance vehicles in an emergency or access may also be provided with the permission of a police officer in uniform. The restriction on pedestrian traffic will operate when temporary traffic signs are placed on the public highway pursuant to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 23 PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS, after consultation with the Metropolitan Police, is proposing to construct a new zebra crossing on East Ferry Road approximately 5m North of the junction with Chapel House Street. A plan showing the layout of the proposed zebra crossing and associated zigzag carriageway markings can be requested by emailing: gary.rawlings@towerhamlets.gov.uk Requests can be made until the expiration of a period of 14 days from the date of this notice. Any representations regarding the proposed crossing should be sent to the email address above or by post to the address below by 15th February 2024.
