NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and regulation 25 of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, Middlesbrough Borough Council intends to vary the charges to be paid in connection with the use of the on-street and off-street parking places from the Existing Charges to the New Charges as set out in the Schedules to this Notice. The variations listed in the Schedules to this Notice will take effect on 4th March 2024 A copy of this Notice and the Council’s statement of reasons may be examined at Newport Community Hub, St Paul’s Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 5NQ Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and at www.middlesbrough.gov.uk.
