Temporary Closure of Various Roads, Canford Bottom
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Various Roads, Canford Bottom as and when indicated by signs on site as follows: [i] Wimborne Road West between Canford Bottom Roundabout and Uddens Drive; [ii] Ham Lane between Canford Bottom Roundabout and Fox Lane; [iii] Wimborne Road West between Canford Bottom Roundabout and Stapehill Crescent; [iv] Canford Bottom between Canford Bottom Roundabout and access to 1 - 11 Canford Bottom. The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation between 21:00 - 06:00 on 19th February 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 15 March 2024. The road(s) will be open outside of these times and also over the weekend. Residents access will be maintained. This Order will enable National Highways, safe access to carry out resurfacing works at Canford Bottom Roundabout.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed sections.

It will come into operation between 07:30 - 16:00 on 19 February 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 5th March 2024. The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 19th February 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 8 March 2024. DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders will be prohibited from proceeding along Footway Between Phelipps Road And Rushcombe Way, Corfe Mullen as indicated by signs on site. The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 4 March 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 22 March 2024. This Order will enable SGN, safe access to relay and decommission gas main.

Temporary Closure of Brog Street, Corfe Mullen
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along BROG STREET, CORFE MULLEN between both its junction with B3074 and Spring Cottage, a distance of approximately 95 metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 18 February 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months. This Order will enable SGN safe access to carry out emergency gas works.

The County of Dorset (Northleigh Lane, Colehill) (30 mph Speed Limit) (No.*) Order 202*
Dorset Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
The effect of the proposal will be to revoke the existing 40mph speed limit and extend the current 30mph Speed limit along Northleigh Lane, Colehill for 227 metres to its junction with Leigh Road.
