THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (POWDERMILL BRAE, GOREBRIDGE)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024 - TTRO/R5.4.224
Notice is hereby given that Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is that for a temporary period to facilitate the excavation and repair of a collapsed sewer on behalf of Scottish Water Powdermill Brae will be closed from outside number 71 for a distance of 25 metres or thereby. The Order which has a maximum duration of 18 months has effect from 19 February 2024. Works are expected will take about 8 days to complete. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Alternative routes for general vehicular traffic will be clearly sign posted.
