TEMPORARY PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY/ FOOTPATH CLOSURE
FP FASEMAN AVENUE TO SHEPHERD CLOSE
FP THOMAS NAUL CROFT TO SHEPHERD CLOSE
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will be a closure of the lengths of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place).
The Order would come into operation at 00.01 hours on Monday 12th February 2024, and is required to facilitate the construction of a new footway.
The maximum duration of this Order is six (6) months but it is expected that the works would be completed by Friday 16th February 2024.
Alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be sign posted on site.

The Schedule
• That length of Right of Way/Footpath on Faseman Avenue extending and continuing to Shepherd Close for its entirety
• That length of Right of Way/Footpath on Thomas Naul Croft from outside No 11 Thomas Naul Croft extending to Shepherd Close Coventry

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS LYNCHGATE ROAD AND SHULTERN LANE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on the following lengths of road:-
• Lynchgate Road from its junction with Shultern Lane to its junction with Sir William Lyons Road; and
• Shultern Lane from its junction with Lynchgate Road to the junction of the Aldi car park entrance and exit, proceeding approximately 76 m in length. Access will be maintained to the Tesco service area.
The Order will come into effect at 00.01 hours on Monday 12th February 2024 and is required to facilitate the installation of a new cycle way, footpaths and junction improvement works.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Thursday 30th May 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Lynchgate Road and Shultern Lane.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS BEAKE AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Beake Avenue.
The Order would come into effect from 0700 hours on Monday 12 February 2024. For Carriageway repair works and associated works on.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18.00 on by 13 February 2024.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Beake Avenue
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FAR GOSFORD STREET
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on that part of Far Gosford Street commencing at its junction with Vecqueray Street and continuing to its junction with Sky Blue Way.
The Order would come into effect at 07.00 hours on Friday 16th February 2024 and is required to facilitate road marking installation and associated works on Far Gosford Street.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 26th February 2024.
Diversion routes would be sign posted where appropriate and access to premises maintained wherever possible except when works is directly in front of a property.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section of Far Gosford Street
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS LESINGHAM DRIVE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Lesingham Drive fronting house number 16 to its junction with Bradnick Place.
The Order would come into effect from 08:00 hours on Monday 19th February 2024 and is required to enable Severn Trent water connection works to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 19:00 hours on Tuesday 27th February 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Lesingham Drive
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS LOWE ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Lowe Road from its junction with Keresley Brook Road
The Order would come into effect from 08:00 hours on Monday 19th February 2024 and is required to enable communication pipe works to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 16:00 hours on Thursday 7th March 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Lowe Road
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
