DERBY CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF VARIATION TO A PARKING PLACES ORDER
SECTION 35C OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Derby City Council propose to vary the provisions of the Derby City Council (Pride Park, Park and Ride Car Park) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2020 as amended, by revising charges currently operated through a pay and display/digital system. With effect from 1st March 2024 it is proposed that the car parking charges in this car park will change as detailed below:

Duration of Stay Existing Charges Charges From
1st March 2024
1 day ticket £3.00 includes free
usage of the bus service
£3.00
6 day ticket £12.00 includes free
usage of the bus service
£12.00

From 1st March 2024 the parking charges will not include free usage of the bus service and those customers that would like to use the bus will be subject to the bus service charges.
