(WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER 20** 105647 VARIOUS SITES, KEIGHLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce, amend or remove the following:-
i. 'No Waiting at Any Time' on lengths of A6034 Keighley Road, Belton Road, Bolton Road, Brierdene, Hawber Cote Lane in Silsden, Barrows Lane, Bobbin Mill Court in Steeton, Green Lane, Eastburn, South Parade, Cowpasture Road, Springfield Avenue, Easby Drive, A65 Skipton Road, Grove Road, Kings Road, victoria Avenue in llkley, Stansfield Close, Valley Drive in Ben Rhydding, Holker Street, Strawberry Street, Strawberry Fields, Sandywood Street, Sand Street, Goulbourne Street, South Street, Lawkholme Lane, Admiral Way, West Lane, Green Head Lane, Spring Gardens Lane, Hollins Lane, Aireville Close, Marland Road, Airedale Road, Sunny Hill Avenue, Corn Street in Keighley, Cherry Tree Rise, Willow Tree Close, Elm Tree Close, Dale View Road, Alder Avenue in Long Lee, Carr Lane, Morton Lane, Street Lane, Main Road in East Morton, Scott Lane, Granby Drive, Bar Lane, Westfield Crescent, Westfield Drive, Hospital Road, Daleside Road, Unity Street, Banks Lane, School House Fold, Granby Lane in Riddlesden, Park Street, Changegate Court in Haworth, Victoria Road, Park Avenue, Dockroyd Lane, Colne Road in Oakworth, Nares Street, Haworth Road in Cross Roads with Lees.
ii. 'Limited Waiting restrictions' on lengths of Briggate, Silsden, Goulbourne Street, Scott Street, Bradford Street in Keighley and Granby Lane, Riddlesden.
iii. 'Pay & Display/Permit Parking restrictions' on lengths of Grove Road, Cowpasture Road, llkley.
iv. 'School Keep Clear restrictions' on lengths of Elliott Street, Hothfield Street, Aire View, School Street, Silsden and Kensington Street, Keighley.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY, llkley Library and Keighley Town Hall or examined on the council web site at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order quoting reference number 105647/CON-1A.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, 5th March 2024 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/ DS/415866.
