NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 30th day of January 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 12th day of February 2024 to regulate traffic in Penzance, St Ives, Gulval and Ludgvan. The sole effect of these Orders is to reproduce and continue in force indefnitely the provisions of previous experimental Orders made under Section 9 of the Act of 1984. The continued restrictions, and lengths of road affected by them, are specified below.
The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 30th January 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Barwis Hill outside Medrose Cottage and No 13; Chywoone Avenue between Nos 12 & 20 and at access leading to Mount View Court; Empress Avenue between Nos 1 & 1a and at junction with Rosevean Road; Penare Terrace outside No 1 The Mews and at junction with Road from Penare Terrace to Lannoweth Road; Road from Penare Terrace to Lannoweth Road at junction with Penare Terrace; Rosevean Road at junction with Barwis Hill/Empress Avenue; Treveneth Crescent at both junctions with Chywoone Avenue.
