A372 LANGPORT ROAD AND BRINCIL HILL,
CATSGORE (SOMERTON)
IN THE PARISHES OF SOMERTON AND KINGSDON
(REVOCATION) (40MPH AND 50MPH SPEED LIMITS)
ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that on Friday the 2nd day of
February 2024 Somerset Council made the above order
in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the
14th day of September 2023 to introduce 40mph and
50mph Speed Limits on the lengths of road as specified
in the Schedules to this Order. The Order comes into
effect on the 8th day of February 2024.
A copy of the Order may be inspected at Somerset
Highways, online at www.somerset.gov.uk/TRO. If any
person wishes to question the validity of the order or of
any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of
the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not
been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks
from the date on which the order is made, apply for the
purpose to the High Court. General enquiries relating to
