What is happening?

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 27/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water Ltd safely undertake works to rebuild a fire hydrant chamber and any other utility maintenance works including Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 26/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water Ltd undertake pipe renewal works, any other various Utility works and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Moor Lane, Wharncliffe Road, Selbourne Street and vice versa.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 12/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas to undertake new connection works and any other Utility works including Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works.
