Park Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Sewer Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE PARK ROAD NW9

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for need to facilitate sewer cleansing works, they intend to make an Order which will temporarily close Park Road NW9 between the junctions of Brent View Road and West Hendon Broadway, while the works take place. The Order will commence on Tuesday 13th February 2024 at 10pm and is expected to last for 1 night. The works will take place between the hours of 10pm and 5.30am. The alternative route for motorists will be via West Hendon Broadway, Herbert Road, Wilbeforce Road, Station Road, Algermon Road, Vicarage Road, Mount Road and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer, a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
