A937 MARYKIRK BRIDGE – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (A937 Marykirk Bridge – 03.02.24) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2024” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 03.02.24 for 3 months and will prohibit any person from driving on the A937 at Marykirk Bridge from Marykirk Bridge to Marymill Farm House.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to damage caused from Storm Babet. An alternative route is available via Northbound – A937 to Montrose – A935 – Brechin Flyover – A90 towards Stonehaven – Stonehaven Flyover at Glasslaw – A90 Southbound – A937 and Southbound – A937 – A90 Southbound – Brechin Flyover – A935 to Montrose – A937.
