Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Tarmac Trading Ltd for A western extension to Colchester Quarry at Land at Bellhouse Farm South at Land at Bellhouse Farm South - ESS/113/23/COL.
The proposal may affect the setting of BELLHOUSE FARMHOUSE and BARN TO EAST OF BELLHOUSE FARMHOUSE and BOATHOUSE AT COPFORD HALL which are Grade II Listed Buildings.
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the development plan in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Footpath/Bridleway PROW 149_39; 149_15; 149_12 and 128_12 may be affected by the proposal.
