Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

The City of Peterborough Frank Perkins Parkway J7 Northbound Off Slip Road (dedicated left lane only), Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024  Ref: 24-368

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Frank Perkins Parkway J7 Northbound Off Slip Road-(dedicated left lane only), as lies between Reeves Way and Eye Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Eastfield Rd East, Oxney Rd Roundabout, Eastfield Rd West. The proposed order will come into force on the 08/02/2024 and will continue until the underground network access works have been completed or until the 07/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place overnight between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs from the 08/02/2024 to the 09/02/2024. The City of Peterborough Willesden Avenue, Walton, Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 Ref: 24-367

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Willesden Avenue, Walton, as lies between Churchfield Road and Fane Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Fane Rd, Montagu Rd, Churchfield Rd and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 06/02/2024 and will continue until the rectification works have been completed or until the 05/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 06/02/2024 and the 08/02/2024. The City of Peterborough King Street, Lolham, Maxey. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 Ref: 24-394

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as King Street, Lolham,Maxey as lies between points 20 metres either side of the Lolham Level Crossing. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: B1443 King St, West St, Glinton Rd, Helpston Rd, A15, Maxey Rd, High St and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into force on the 04/02/2024 and will continue until the Annual Level Crossing Testing works have been completed or until the 03/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place overnight from 23:00hrs on  04/02/2024 to 06:00hrs on the 05/02/2024. BR2

The City of Peterborough Various Footpaths-Bridge Replacement Works, Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 Ref: 24-385

The effect of which is to stop any pedestrian or cyclist from proceeding along the footpath/cycle path known as Various Footpaths-Bridge Replacement Works, see below schedule:

The Council is satisfied that pedestrians and cyclists should be prohibited due to works being proposed to be executed on the above footpath/cycle path. The alternative routes for pedestrians and cyclists affected by this order are detailed in the above schedule. The proposed Order will come into operation on the 05/02/2024 and will continue until the bridge replacement works have been completed or until the 04/08/2024, whichever is the earlier. The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Glinton Road, Helpston as lies between points 20 metres either side of Helpston Level Crossing. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Glinton Rd, Maxey Rd, High St (Maxey), Maxey Rd, A15, Helpston Rd and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into force on the 12/02/2024 and will continue until the railway level crossing maintenance works have been completed or until the 11/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 23:00hrs and 05:00hrs from the 12/02/2024 to the 13/02/2024.  BR1

The City of Peterborough Glinton Road, Helpston. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 Ref: 24-395

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Glinton Road, Helpston as lies between points 20 metres either side of the Helpston Level Crossing as shown in the schedule below:

The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is shown in the schedule. The proposed Order will come into force on the 11/02/2024 and will continue until the railway level crossing maintenance works have been completed or until the 10/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 11/02/2024 and 18/02/2024. BR1

The City of Peterborough Hallfields Lane, Gunthorpe and Holland Avenue, Peterborough. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 Ref: 24-396

The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the roads known as Hallfields Lane, Gunthorpe and Holland Avenue as shown in the schedule below.

The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above roads. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are shown in the schedule above. The proposed order will come into force on the 12/02/2024 and will continue until the Gas Mains Replacement Works have been completed or until the 11/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 12/02/2024 and the 25/02/2024. The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Peterborough Road, Castor, as lies between Stocks Hill and No 27. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: A47 and Ferry Hill. The proposed order will come into force on the 10/02/2024 and will continue until the New Water Connection works have been completed or until the 09/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 10/02/2024 and the 11/02/2024. The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Fletton Parkway, as lies between A1(M) Junction 17 and Fletton Parkway Junction 1. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are detailed in the following schedule:

The proposed order will come into force on the 12/02/2024 and will continue until the resurfacing and associated works have been completed or until the 11/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place overnight between 12/02/2024 and 15/02/2024. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are detailed in the above schedule. The proposed order will come into force on the 12/02/2024 and will continue until the localised patching and resurfacing works have been completed or until the 11/02/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place from the 12/02/2024 to the 20/03/2024.
