What is happening?
PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (UNION
STREET (TAXI RANK)) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING,
LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting
under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To close the taxi rank on:
- Union Street - at the front boundary of Walkabout
The prohibition of parking, waiting, loading & unloading will
be in operation on the days and during the hours that the
appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
The Order shall come into force on 19th February 2024 and
shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the signage maintenance works
will commence on the 19th February 2024 until 20th
February 2024 20:00 - 04:00 only
