Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Crafthole. This prohibition is necessary for overhead fibre cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th March 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - B3247 Between Tregunnus Lane And Military Road, Crafthole between grid reference SX 38582:53571 and property known as St Clements.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Keyne. This prohibition is necessary for meter works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th March 2024 to 6th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 5th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length(s) of road in Calstock. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th February 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 31st January 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 2, in the Parish of Botus Fleming between grid references SX 40126:61725 and SX 39819:61712. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to a fallen tree which has damaged the footbridge over the stream.
The Order will come into operation on 1st February 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the llth July 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the llth January 2024 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th March 2024, for one day. Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Passage Lane, Fowey for its entire length.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Fowey) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 Green Lane and Rawlings Lane (Class III) from Passage Lane to Park Road and from Passage Lane to Briarfield. There will also be a temporary one way system on Rawlings Lane from Green Lane to Place Road and Place Road for its entire length.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out works to repair carriageway on Passage Lane.
The Order will come into operation on 29th February 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis, weekends included.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, school buses, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 26th November 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Plaidy Lane, East Looe between grid reference SX 26239:53729 and property named Raven Rock.
The Order which commenced on the 27th November 2023 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 19th April 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because emergency works are being executed on or near the highway to clear landslip. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the highway due to void on the bridge structure.
The Order will come into operation on 2nd February 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being A374 Between Milladon Lane And Access To Trewin House Polbathic between grid references SX 36340:56167 and SX 36518:56338 for approximately 220 Metres.The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed due to piling works to support the road.
The Order will come into operation on 7th February 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 23rd February 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 17th January 2024 for a period of 21 days.
