Notice is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council acting in its capacity as highway authority for the Borough of Rotherham has made the above-mentioned Order on the 31st. January 2024 which comes into effect on the 5th. February 2024. Notice of the proposal for making the Order was published in the Rotherham Advertiser on the 14th. September 2023.
The effect of the order if implemented will be as Specified be to introduce the prohibition of all motor vehicles other than a bus and a cycle to enter, proceed or wait in the bus lane specified in the Schedule to this notice.

A631 Bawtry Road, Maltby and Hellaby, Rotherham Westbound, from a point 77m west of the western kerb line of Harvest Close to a point 171m west of the western kerb line of Hellaby Hall Road. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended or that a requirement of that Act or of any relevant regulations made there under has not been complied with in any way, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for that purpose to the High Court.

Notice is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council as highway authority for the Borough of Rotherham has made the above-mentioned Order on the 31st. Januuary 2024 and which comes into effect on the 5th. February 2024. Notice of the proposal for making the Order was published in the Rotherham Advertiser on the 14th. Septeber 2023 specified below:-
(i) Revoke ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions affecting the parts of road specified in Schedule 1 to this notice;
(ii) Introduce ‘No Waiting at any Time’ to the parts of road specified in Schedule 2 to this notice;

Notice is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council acting in its capacity as highway authority for the Borough of Rotherham has made the above-mentioned Order on the 31st. January 2024 which comes into effect on the 5th. February 2024. Notice of the proposal for making the Order was published in the Rotherham Advertiser on the 17th. December 2022. The effect of the order if implemented will be as Specified below:-
(iii) Revoke ‘The Rotherham Borough Council (Sheffield Road, Templeborough, Rotherham) (Bus and cycle lane) Order 2014’ restrictions affecting the parts of road specified in Schedule 1 to this notice;
(iv) Introduce the prohibition of all motor vehicles other than a bus and a heavy goods vehicle to enter, proceed or wait in the bus and lanes specified in Schedule 2 to this notice;

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

DINNINGTON SHEFFIELD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIANS)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the part of road specified in item (i) of the Schedule to this Notice and to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along the part of footpath specified in item (ii) of the Schedule from Thursday 15th. February until Wednesday 20th. March 2024.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the part of road and footpath (Installation of new drainage system).
SCHEDULE
(i) Paterson Road from its junction with The Crescent to the end of the cul de sac (there is no alternative, the road is a cul de sac).
(ii) Paterson Road Footpath from the end of the cul de sac of Paterson Road to the Wefare Ground approximately 25m in an easterly direction (the alternative route will be via local neighbouring footways and footpaths).
